I read minister Goche is refusing to renew Telecel licence, should the licence laps, can potraz enforce law or some backdoor deals are going to be reached?

I think POTRAZ can not enforce that law, Telecel will have to negotiate and reach consensus with the NEC Board just like other international companies like ZIMPLATS, Indigenisation is a national law enforced at government level

I feel this is more political than business or law.
Telecel will not be just closed by an individual. A good percentage of the population run their lives around Telecel. 3 million to be exact.
They should solve their bedroom problems with makamba without disrupting public life of millions
Even if their license expire next month, Telecel will still be operating
