I have been struggling with a Extreme Summit x440 and after confirming with the TAC, we decided that it needs a software upgrade.
Problem is lm a Cisco guy. So l called them and we used a Teamviewer app. The Extreme TAC guy did everything remotely whilst l was drinking tea and watching his mouse clicks on my laptop

I use it a lot for remote support though I prefer 'join.me' for when dealing with people not so technical. Its very light and quick to install.

Yes you do install something though its a very small program which now allows you full screen experience of a remote desktop.

I have used Teamviewer for a while, the file transfer function is great, only had issues with remote control function. it was a bit heavy to use. but once I switched to a faster network it proved to be a very helpful tool
