My Powertel Dongle Internet is really really slow

Question

So I bought this Powertel Dongle which did not come with a sim card and the internet connection is really slow. I have tried using an extension cable and using disc as a satellite but it is still very slow.

It downloads at about 9-26kbps and when it is really fast (at midnight usually) the download speed is around 40kbps. I don't if maybe it is just me or everyone else (which I highly doubt). I live in Gweru Riverside and I tried everything.

Does anyone know what I can do because I want to download many things but it takes a long time to download anything. Pleeeasssseee heeeellllpp anyone Tell me any trick you may know. I use Windows 7 ultimate by the way.

Nothing you can do!! Consider yourself luck very luck because the usual fast speeds from powertel is btwn 0.05kbs to 3kbps.

What!!!! Why is it so slow. These goons trick us: when you buy it they say it can download at speeds of up to 1.7mbps. I hate it. What is your download speed mcdonald and where are you?

Call your ISP and get better internet data plan  to fix this problem or change your ISP. If you want to boost up your internet speed, install any reliable internet booster software. Due to the network traffic, your internet connection becomes slow . Clear your cookies from the browser and test your internet speed by using any of the speed test tools or http://www.scanmyspeed.com . Use best Anti-virus software and scan your PC after browsing your net .
