how to enable people to comment via social networks on a blog

I have disqus set as default comment system on my news blog http://www.iharare.com that is running on wordpress . i however want people to be able to comment using socia network like facebook, twitter g+ and so on, but its not working, does disqus disable other commenting systems or i am getting it wrong somewhere?

But having seen your blog, I notice some of your stories are about the political happenings. As a user in Zimbabwe, I wouldn't be comfortable commenting with my facebook profile. Bulawayo24 for example gets impressive page views (check out the ranking: http://www.techzim.co.zw/2012/04/the-internet-traffic-ranking-of-zimbabwes-news-websites/), but very few comments, and I suspect its because they are using facebook which is a bit too personal given our political climate. I could be totally off the mark though, this is pure speculation. Even so I think discuss is the best, but thats just ONE USER's opinion.
