can anyone confirm whether or not Powertel is laying more cables and erecting base stations an whether or not they have established a link to the internet via the Mozmabican SEACOM? soul kabweza, would you be so kind to find out. this is a follow up on the article that was published on this blog about some function that Powertel had recently at which this revelation was mentioned. is it true?

l can confirm that they are connected to Mutare-Moza link but that link is still down, still in testing mode.

As of network upgrade noises, thats one of there many tricks they tell unsuspecting customers. They have been telling me that for the last year up until now.
