yes there are. according to the Postal and Telecommunications Act [Chapter
12:05], with the 2.4Ghz (2400-2483.5MHz) frequency, you are only allowed devices with a maximum power of 100mW to be used both indoors and outdoors with a maximum coverage radius  d<100m.
The 5Ghz (5.470 – 5.725Ghz) , them maximum coverage radius is d<300m.

Operation of systems that exceed these power limits without an express authorisation from POTRAZ shall result in prosecution

How long? What frequencies will you be using because if you intend to use regulated ones, then you hav to pay.
