I'm in Mozambique and roaming with econet

Question

I'm in Mozambique and am roaming using Econet/mcel, my problem is I can't call out ,I can only receive txt messages.Another thing ,is it possible for me to recharge my econet line whilst roaming and if yes, how do I go about it

You can recharge exactly the same way you do in Zim - absolutely no change, all you need is an Econet recharge card. And you may be failing to call out because your balance it too low.

You and the person you intend to call must both have a balance sufficient for a call, ($0.35/minute). roaming charges not only you but the destination call as well unless it has changed. thats how I've been using the roaming service so far.
