What is the best android app to manage Facebook pages?

I am looking for the best android app that will allow me to manage various social media accounts that I am responsible for. I would like to be able to do this from my Android phone.

What are your recommendations as the Facebook Pages application does not do it for me?

Try hootsuite.. It also enables you to manage a few other social networks as well
