What are the basic requirements do u need to own a company. What papers do u need and which regulatory authority would you need to go to for one such license?

I don't think you strictly need a license to do VoIP installations bro. But just to be safe, check with the POTRAZ networks department in Harare.

Physically going there (as opposed to just calling them) will get you the answers you need faster

If your traffic is going to cross into other network you will need a licence.But if your traffic is local u dont need a licence (IAP)
