Yes, Telecel does offer 3G services on their GSM network, but from what is common knowledge 3G can only by accessed in certain parts of the country and you also need a 3G capable handset to enjoy the service.

Yes there network is gsm based. There Internet platform uses the 3G standard

Yes of course......every operator in zimbabwe offers 3g services...or maybe i am not getting your question.......
but if you have a smartphone try locking to 3g in the mobile network settings... and see if you get a signal..

Africom and power tel are CDMA based which officially isn't 3G

3G just means third generation. Hspa, cdma, wcdma etc are considered to be 3G
