Is it possible to retrieve deleted text messages from mobile operator ?

i want to retrieve text message from a mobile operator (Telecel line ),is that possible and how?

I don't think that is possible SMSC's operate on a store and forward principle.... as soon as you receive the sms the message is deleted in the SMSC...... i can also confirm that Telecel cannot help you on that one.....
