What apps are available for me to make cheap calls from Zimbabwe?

Question

Seeing that the networks have improved on their bandwidth speeds, I am eager to know what mobile applications I can download on my android handset (or even better for those that are using iOS, Blackberry and Nokia) that will allow me to make cheap (better yet, free) calls locally and internationally.

I know Africom have Guroo, but they charge for on-net calls. I would like to make cheap calls, while hopefully still maintaining my number or at least having a local number that people can call me back on.
